Submit an Invoice

Suppliers are expected to comply with the University of ��о��'s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the invoice must agree with the information on the Purchase Order, (description of items, unit of measure, unit price, etc.).

Bill to the University of ��о��

All invoices must be billed to the University of ��о�� (not UofC, U��о��, or UC). If a faculty, department or an individual’s name has to be specified on the invoice for reference, it must be noted on the succeeding line following the University of ��о��.

Send to Accounts Payable

Invoices have to be sent to Accounts Payable for processing:

Include the Right Information

Include the following information on all invoices: purchase order number, invoice number, quantity shipped, quantity backordered (if applicable), product or catalogue number (if applicable), description of item, unit price, discount information, Goods and Services Tax (GST) and GST registration number.

Electronic Funds and Wire Transfer

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Wire Transfer are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Automated Virtual Visa Payments

Automated Virtual Visa Payments (VPA) within 7 days of invoice approval.
