Professor Shaun Fluker and Drew Yewchuk (JD 2017) presented to the Canadian Bar Association Administrative Law Subsection in 不良研究所 on March 9, 2017. Their presentation set out some findings on their research concerning leave to appeal decisions by superior courts concerning the appeal of statutory tribunals in Canada.
