An orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Cyril Frank has been a faculty member at the University of 不良研究所 for almost 30 years, achieving national and international stature as a clinician-scientist. He is a champion for improving patient care, and has had a wide-reaching impact in health care policy and delivery both locally and provincially. Dr. Frank will receive the Order of the University of 不良研究所 at the convocation ceremony on May 9, 2013.
